June 2022- Market Update

Valuations for veterinary practices remain quite strong. While they have receded from the high water marks set in the middle of 2021, valuations are still greater than they have ever been prior to 2021(~2-4 times their historic EBITDA multiples). If a potential transaction is on your horizon in the next 1-2 years, it would be prudent to explore any transaction opportunities that exist today.
